Refund policy

We are happy to help you with an exchange of your product.  You have 15 calendar days from the date you received a purchase to exchange in equal or greater value or return it for a refund in the form of a Lakonia Imports gift card.  Please note the original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances and return shipping is your responsibility.

To initiate your exchange/return, please contact service@lakonia-import.com and indicate:

• Whether you would like to exchange your product or request a refund in the way of a TRULY GREEK gift card.
• The reason for your request. Please indicate the product(s) you are requesting to have as an exchange.

If you believe you have received damaged items and would like an exchange or refund, send an email to service@lakonia-import.com to initiate the return process. You may be required to send us your damaged items or photos of them.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
